1. Enrollment & Acceptance

By enrolling in any course offered by Telugu Art Coach Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Registration & Payment

• Course fees must be paid in full or according to the approved payment plan before accessing classes or course materials.
• Your enrollment is confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

3. Refund & Transfer Policy

• Course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable except under special circumstances approved solely by the academy.
• Missed classes will not be refunded or compensated unless otherwise stated by the academy.

4. Class Access

• Course access, meeting links, login credentials, and learning materials are strictly for the registered student only.
• Sharing your access with others is strictly prohibited.

5. Attendance

• Students are expected to join classes on time and attend regularly.
• Students are responsible for completing assignments, projects, and practice work within the given deadlines.

6. Certificates

Certificates will be awarded only after the successful completion of all required assignments, projects, assessments, and any other course requirements determined by the academy.

7. Respectful Conduct

• Students must maintain respectful, professional, and courteous behavior toward instructors and fellow students.
• Harassment, bullying, abusive language, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Students should avoid interrupting the instructor or disturbing the learning environment.
• Microphones should remain muted unless requested to speak.
• Repeated disruption, failure to follow instructions, or misconduct may result in warnings, removal from the session, or permanent dismissal from the course without any refund.

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, live demonstrations, recordings, worksheets, presentations, templates, and teaching methods are the exclusive intellectual property of Telugu Art Coach Academy.
• Students may not copy, reproduce, record, download, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or use any academy content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

9. Recording Policy

• Live classes may be recorded for educational, training, and quality improvement purposes.
• Students may not record, photograph, screenshot, or share any class content without the academy’s prior written permission.

10. Privacy

• Student information will be kept confidential and used only for academy-related communication and administration.
• Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
• Students must respect the privacy of fellow participants and may not share their personal information, artwork, photographs, or recordings without permission.

11. Technical Requirements

• Students are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection, suitable device, and any required software or art materials before each class.
• Telugu Art Coach Academy is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, device failures, software issues, or power outages on the student’s side.

12. Course Changes

• The academy reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, course content, or teaching methods whenever necessary to improve the learning experience or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Students will be informed of significant changes whenever reasonably possible.

13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Enrollment

• Telugu Art Coach Academy reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a student’s enrollment if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if the student’s conduct negatively affects the learning environment.
• Such termination may occur without refund.

14. Updates to Terms

Telugu Art Coach Academy reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will apply to all current and future enrollments.
